Benefits
Thermal greases (also called thermal compound or thermal paste) are thermally conductive.
Amongst the various thermal interface materials, thermal greases typically offer better thermal performance, acting as an important role in the thermal management. In addition, thermal contacts made using thermal greases can be reworked, allowing easy repair and upgrade.

Bornsun’s Thermal Grease (Thermal Compound)
BN-G700 is especially designed for high performance components.
The BN-G700 of low viscosity has the ability to flow and conform to interfaces, providing a path of low thermal resistance between the heat generating devices and the heat spreaders/sinks. This leads to higher effective thermal conductivity, helping to disperse the heat to heat sinks effectively.
Our Thermal Grease Series could be stored at room temperature which reduces customers’ storage costs. At the same time our thermal grease Series pass reliability tests, avoiding dry out phenomenon.

Application of thermal grease
For small volume applications:
Pre-clean heat sink/spreader and component interfaces
Mix well before using
Apply a small drop of thermal grease on the top of the component
Make sure it’s a uniform coating thickness across the thermal substrate
For large volume applications: silk screening is recommended
Silk Screening:
Place heat sink approximately 2.5 mm under the taut silk screen.
Apply a dollop of thermal grease across one side of the screen.
Run a hard rubber (70 – 80 Shore A) squeegee across the dollop passing across the screen. Turn it over to pass the screened grease a second time with the clean side of the squeegee.
Lift off the screen to reveal the printed grease.
Repeat if necessary.
Remove the stencil to reveal the printed grease.
