Can silicone pad be with glue?

Answer: Our company can produce silicone pad with glue: after completing silicone pad, coat a layer of glue, the general thickness of glue layer about 0.01-0.02mm and the viscosity not high. If the adhesive material is just for convenient using, not for strong bonding, we’d like to suggest customers to adopt our self-adhesive material, but not 3M tape. 3M tape is generally thick and will affect our material’s thermal conductivity. The thinner the material is, the smaller the effect on thermal conductivity. According to our testing experience, with 20 microns glue, the thermal resistance of the material will increase 20% to 30%.
