However, thermal conductive fillers affect the glue’s viscosity; if too many thermal conductive fillers, the glue’s viscosity would be greatly affected, which would cause the material unavailable. So, in the market, the thermal conductivity of thermal tape is low, mostly less than 1.0W/m.K.
